Bin Hire Terms & Conditions

No paint - asbestos - tyres - food or liquids.

Any rubbish beyond bin height or length will be left on site upon collection and remain the responsibility of customer.

Bins must not be removed from  address of which they  were delivered. High Rise Skip Bins takes no responsibility of damage or injury caused by bins after delivery and or prior to collection.

All responsibility will be held by the person, persons, business or company whom has hired and or is using the bin or bins.
Pricing is based on a 7 day hire extra days will be charged at a daily rate of 10% of weekly bin hire unless a prior agreement has been made. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to contact High Rise Skip Bins once the bins are full. 

IAB (Internal Access Bins) are delivered and collected in pairs. BCB (Basement Car Park Bin) 1 tonne load limit. It is the hirers responsibility to check elevator load capacity. 1 Internal Access Bin filled with concrete can weigh up to 900kgs.
